The entry-level Intel Server System SR1630BC is a rack-optimized 1U system designed for business-class performance, high-density server solutions and energy efficiency application. The system includes Intel Server Board S5500BC and Intel Server Chassis SR1630, and supports up to two Intel Xeon 5500 series processors based on Intel Microarchitecture, codenamed Nehalem, scalable DDR3 memory (8 DIMMs), and high-speed PCI Express 2.0 I/O (up to 5 I/O slots).
