Data Net Announces Plans to Optimize its Operations by Moving its Corporate Headquarters, Operations and Manufacturing Facilities to Mountain View, California

Mountain View, Calif.--Dec. 2, 2005--Data Net, the exclusive manufacturer of the Eclipse computer line of servers and workstations, announced today that, as part of its continuing operational optimization program, it plans to move its corporate headquarters, its manufacturing activities and all other key support functions into a new facility in Mountain View, California. The company expects to complete its move by Monday, December 5, 2005.

As part of this move, the company plans to close its current headquarters in Sunnyvale, California.

The company will continue to maintain its offices in North Carolina which will be unaffected by the move to the new headquarters in Mountain View.

"The decision to move to the Mountain View area was made after an extensive and thorough review of a number of locations and a variety of key operating and strategic factors that included meeting our growth and expansion requirements," said Steve Muir, President of Data Net.

"Data Net and the Eclipse computer manufacturing team simply outgrew our location in Sunnyvale. We searched for the right building and city, and we feel that it is fitting that we found our new corporate headquarters while in the midst of celebrating our 20th year in business. The new corporate facilities in Mountain View will allow us to expand our manufacturing division and customer services – our core business focus for the past 20 years."
